Abstract:
Modern trends in failure prevention of large moving systems require understanding of surface flaw phenomena caused by complex loads. Thus, through this research work, a novel computational framework is designed to assess real-time dynamic responses of surface stress raisers. Analytical outcomes generated through the stress intensity analysis and fatigue life evaluations have clearly confirmed the application of the developed design framework as a sustainable strategy for achieving reliable bearing capacity of dynamically loaded systems.
