Abstract: 
Sufficient conditions for the existence of a unique bounded solution together with its first derivative on R+ of a system of nonlinear functional differential equations with an iterated deviating argument dependent of unknown function, and satisfying the condition limt→ +∞|x(t+1)-x(t)|=0, are given.
